The DCC scheme typically reopens in January 2027. Follow us for updates.
Available Funding
Dublin Crowdfund
Dublin City Council
A partnership with Spacehive. Raise funds from the community, and DCC may match the rest (up to €5,000 or 50%). Ideal for murals, gardens, or festivals.
SEAI Community Grants
Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland
Funding for insulation, heat pumps, and solar PV. Best accessed via a 'Sustainable Energy Community' (SEC) group approach.
Dublin Bus Innovation
Dublin Bus
The DBI (Dublin Bus Innovation) fund supports new ideas for improving public transport and local mobility solutions.
Tidy Towns
Department of Rural and Community Development
Annual competition grants for keeping the village clean, green, and welcoming. A great way to fund planting and cleanup days.
Why Funding Matters
Grants act as force multipliers. Every €1 raised locally through Crowdfund Dublin can unlock matching funds, turning small ideas into permanent village improvements.
The DCC 2026 scheme has closed, but Dublin Crowdfund and SEAI grants remain open year-round.
